While ProAnalyst has display and analysis tools (e.g., to calculate 3D joint angles), most advanced data processing is done in in MatLab (Mathworks, Natick, MA) or Simm (Musculographs Inc., Santa Rosa, CA), depending on the questions at hand and the variables that need to be quantified. Examples of analytical techniques used in the Chimpanzee Locomotion Project can be found in the publications listed on this page, but the data can also be processed further in different ways. What we will make available on request are mostly raw data and minimally processed data.
